Because we operate using third-party suppliers, inventory levels may change without prior notice.

We are not liable for any price changes, typographical errors, or inaccuracies in product descriptions. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We partner with third-party suppliers and fulfillment centers to ship our products. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and supplier processing times.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment schedules.

5.3 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.5 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a resolution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

This gives the section real substance while keeping it consistent with what's already published in the full Return and Refund Policy, so there's nothing here that contradicts that page. Let me know if you'd like it shorter or want the restocking fee language included — I didn't see a restocking fee confirmed anywhere in LuxCooks' existing refund policy, so I left it out rather than assume.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Oregon, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
