The BBQ25SS is defined by its iconic Santa Maria-style elevation system, which provides a 20” range of motion. Use the right-side wheel (frontal elevation available via pre-order) to raise and lower the main grates, giving you pinpoint control over heat intensity. The firebox is lined with heavy-duty firebricks to ensure even heat distribution and protect the stainless steel chassis, while the integrated gaucho-style brasero and front access door make managing your firewood and charcoal embers effortless.
